Refunds and Returns
For the customer and available on the website:
If your ordered item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be sent back to Alcove Art Shop at 1/470 Station Street, Box Hill, Vic 3128
- It must be shipped back at cost to you and there will be no refund for postage.
- Returned items must be complete, unused and unworn and in the same condition that you received it. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been used or not in the original condition.
- You must include a copy of the invoice and a good reason for the return. We do not offer a refund for change of mind. While we make every effort to represent colour, we cannot be responsible for slight colour variations due to photography and computer screen resolutions.
- Please make sure all items returned are well packaged to avoid damage and marked “returned item” and that all returned items must have tracking
On inspection by the artist, you will be notified of approval or rejection. If approved a refund will be given via the original method of payment.
