MARGOT LING
Margot’s felting journey began ten years ago, when having learnt the basics of felt making she joined the Victorian Feltmakers Inc VFI.
Striving for new techniques she engaged in workshops with interstate and international tutors, also participating in the Southern Hemisphere Felting Convergences both in Australia and New Zealand.
Gaining more skills, she now uses a variety of wool fibres combining the use of fabrics and other natural fibres in order to achieve a wide range of products.
Over many years she has been successful in gaining awards and prizes at competition level including the Australian Sheep & Wool Show and the Melbourne Royal Show.
